Reservations and payments
The guest can request a reservation, which is valid for one (1) week.
After the reservation has been approved, you will receive an invoice for 50% down payment of the total amount. The down payment is due within 8 days. This confirms your reservation and that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your reservation. If no payment is received within the specified period, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. The balance is due at least 6 weeks before your arrival

Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests are only accepted during office hours (Monday – Friday).

The cancellation costs are as follows:
- Reservations cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival date will be refunded 50% of rental price
- Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival are non refundable.

In some case it is possible to move your reservation, at the discretion of the owners. However, this depends on the availability of the vacation villa. There is a processing fee of EUR 35.00.

Please note that no refund of any kind will be made if a guest fails to show, for delays, early departure and change in the number of rooms reserved. You are therefore strongly advised to purchase a travel and cancellation insurance..


Check in/out
Check-in time is 13:00; check-out time is 12:00 NOON. Late check-out is only possible if no guests are expected same date. Please note that late check-out fee is 50% of the applicable rate.

For your convenience, a hostess from the International Accommodation NV (INTAC) will be expecting you upon your arrival at the airport. She will check you in and give you a tour of the property and hand over the keys. She will also provide you with information on supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, etc. and give you sightseeing tips.

Property damage
You will be responsible for the villa during your stay and are expected to take good care of the property and inventory. You are responsible for any damages (accidental or due to negligence) caused by you and co-guest(s). Any damages should be reported immediately to INTAC. Any damages will be charged to your credit card.
At check-out time, the hostess will inspect the property (in your presence) at which time the credit card imprint will be destroyed, if there are no reported damages to the property.

Management
My Dream is situated at Sunset Heights, Kaya Seru Mahok number 4. This property is managed by the Fraai Foundation situated at Kirindogo Abou 147-B, Curacao. Property managers are Mr. Rufno Fraai, telephone numbers 5-999-7369427 or 5-999-5613198 and Sharaima Fraai, telephone number 5-999-5262570.


Included/ Not Included

Included in the price are normal use of water and electricity. Normal use of electricity is based on 25 KWh per bedroom per day; for 2 bedrooms 35 KWh per day; 3 bedrooms 45 KWh per day and 4 bedrooms 55 KWh per day. Any extra usage will be charged EUR 0.35 per KWh. This amount will be charged to your credit card (note: an imprint of your credit card is required at check-in as security deposit).

Gas, unlimited internet service, housekeeping services of the villa 1x per week (including clean sheets and towels), and swim pool maintenance twice per week.

Not included in the price is additional use of electricity. The meter reading will be recorded in your presence upon arrival.
Telephone costs.
Pick-up service: to and from the airport. However, it is possible to request this service for a fee.
